If you want to recreate Medieval feasts, then you need to buy primary sources so that you can redact your own recipes. Funny how a title can effect expectations. Cooking then began to alternate between these 2 glorious books, and I remained the unchallenged hostess with the mostest. I didn't make any New Year resolutions, but I have promised myself that from now on I will religiously back up my computer on a regular basis.
