We are looking for submissions to our quarterly themed anthologies. Why it's scary: All the little touches, like the clown TV announcer, the weird old man who knows about the ghosts... and the way the old man is suddenly on Garfield's television when he gets home. Strictly speaking, not all of the anthologies listed are horror titles, but they have been sent to Black Static for review and therefore it's safe to assume that they are, at least, considered by their publishers to be of interest to horror readers.

I love the whole movie but “Something To Tide You Over” is second last for me, after “They’re Creeping Up On You.” It’s not necessarily my favorite (I love them all), it’s just extremely claustrophobic. With Harry being buried up to his neck in sand, as the tide is coming in. All while watching Becky take waves to the face on CCTV.
