The following models of racial and/or ethnic identity are reviewed: Racial/Cultural Identity Development model, (R/CID; Sue & Sue, 1990); counselor client interactional model (Helms, 1990, 1995); and the culturally specific and clinically derived Chicano/Latino ethnic development model (Ruiz, 1990). The company plans to add more Hispanic and other ethnic programming in the future to build the most robust lineup of multicultural content in the industry.
